Truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is sneaky big with plenty of room for the 4 people I hosted. The place was spotless with plenty of off street parking and getting downtown was easy.

My husband had surgery at Vanderbilt and we need to hang around town for a few days. House was very comfortable and there was a Publix and Target less than 1/2 mile down the road. Close to I40 so gettting around was easy. Would recommend.

Great comfortable stay for our family

My family and I stayed at this location for a graduation and had a very enjoyable experience! The property was clean and welcoming and very spacious for 5 of us! The property owners were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had and they made themselves easily available if we needed anything. Everything was a short Uber ride away and we were very central to many things. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Nashville!

Nice little house with great living room and outdoor area

Great house. Six guests and each adult/teen kid had their own bed. Plenty of bathrooms and good kitchen space. Close to restaurants and store (not really walkable, but a quick and easy drive to all essentials). It was the perfect landing pad for a short visit with our son in Nashville. Hosts are super responsive and kind.

Sisters Birthday

We came in town for my sisters birthday and to attend the Lainey Wilson concert. There was 4 of us in total. This house was perfect. 3 full bathrooms was perfect for getting ready. The house was very clean and the back patio was super nice. Good location if you want to go downtown...easy for ubering to and from. We would stay here again.

Great location for the things we wanted to do. Easy check in and check out. The driveway was challenging to navigate with three vehicles but we made it work. Overall house was very clean with the exception of the towel cabinet in the back bathroom. Lots of lint on shelves that should have been cleaned. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra towels. Would recommend staying here

Retirees on the town!

James was very easy to communicate with. The house is about 2 miles from a Walmart where you can leave your vehicle and take a bus ($1 for seniors) to downtown Nashville. The house was nice with a nice outdoor table and gas grill. Large dining table and living room seating. Only drawback may be that you can only use your own streaming devices for television.

Daughters 21st Birthday

We came as a family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. I cannot believe she is that old and she had a blast. She picked the master suite, which was huge with a big beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect about 15 minutes from downtown. The home was beautiful and warm, much bigger than I anticipated. I can’t believe that this is a four bedroom and 3 bathroom home. It was decorated beautifully and was modern. I am home I would want to live inJames and Caroline were awesome hosts.

This house was perfect for our group. With multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms (with showers) it made for an easy vacation house for our Nashville trip. Downtown Nashville is only a few minutes away and there is also a close Walmart & grocery store. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wedding in Nashville

The location had easy access to the highway. Close to the wedding venue - Ganesha temple. More than sufficient space for 3 couples and one 3 year old. More than enough parking for two cars. Very clean and comfortable.
