My daughter and I came into town for a short 2 day trip for a concert and rented this 1 bedroom apartment. I could not have been happier with my experience here. The place was very clean, well stocked and had great quality stuff. Seth really does his best to make you feel like you are at home by providing everything you could possibly need while staying at his place. It also has a coveted parking space sought out in Nashville! Seth was really great with any communication we needed. Definitely worth checking out! ##### Amberly W. Wouldn’t say it’s “walkable” to great spots but it’s a short drive to most things around Nash. Quiet spot. Just saying. TP on a stand would be easier for everyone. I moved a table to the wall at the foot of the bed. There is an outlet there, and I was able to set up my chargers for my devices very conveniently. A small lamp in the TV area with a dimmer would be great, and perhaps a floor lamp with a dimmer or 3 way bulb in the dining area/entry would also be nice. Location was perfect, and I appreciated being able to park off the street. ##### John L S.
