It is close to downtown and Broadway (scooter/bike/walk/uber/etc) and has some good restaurants and activities within walking distance (check out the Nashville Sounds Baseball Stadium a few blocks away). The 2 bathrooms were a must with 2 girls under 25, and they were both stocked with more hair and primping accessories then the girls have at home. The balcony was a plus and we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee and cocktails, watching barges go down the river and naming the gophers down below in the brush. Parking was plentiful and covered. Kim was an awesome host, friendly and prompt. She contacted us before arrival about access, made sure we arrived and let us know she was available for concerns. It was a short walk to Broadway, however it was 90 degrees every day so we elected to Uber while there. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean. We had everything we needed. Kim was very responsive if we had a question about something. There is a train nearby but we only heard whistles one morning. It is worth mentioning that the twin bed listed is a fold out cot type of bed, but my son was comfortable on it. This unit is on the 2nd floor and occasionally we would hear the tenants above us but thankfully was not excessive. I would stay here again. ##### Laurel S.
