We have added an outside SPA on the lighted private patio. Full functioning newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, and new appliances. BBQ grill in back yard. Keurig Coffee maker and supplies!
All bedrooms have new Serta queen beds and a King master suite on main floor and two large bedrooms upstairs with 4 additional queen beds plus an extra twin! The whole house has wifi internet and a premium channel TV in living with queen sofa sleeper and Lazyboy recliner. Dining area with bar height table off kitchen and a basement with washer and dryer available for long stays. There is an additional quarter bath on main floor for washing up and grooming.

Great location in a Quiet neighborhood Just off I-24 & Briley Parkway near Berry Hill, Downtown, the Stadiums & Vanderbilt. 10 minutes to the Airport, Zoo or an easy 15 to Opryland!

NOTE: This was recently completely renovated and finished in mid June, 2019! This will add a bonus bedroom along with 4 other bedroom and 4.25 bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms have heated floors!!
The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably! Weekly and Monthly rates available!

Very Nice Property

Our family was in town for a wedding. This property has many beds and bathrooms making it a great place to stay with a group. It was very clean and the host thought of everything to make our short stay pleasant! I also appreciated the option to stay one night only.

Family trip

We rented this house to celebrate my son's college graduation. It was perfect for our family and my in-laws as it gave us separate spaces. The kids loved the game room as well as the adults!

Amazing Place

This place looks little but has enough space for a large family. It was clean, comfy, and lots of bathrooms! It is also conveniently located to the Nashville Zoo, not far from Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry. If I come back to Nashville again, I will be sure to stay here again!

Music City Gem

We had a group of 12 in Nashville for a Titans game. Property is 15 minutes from Broadway and all the bars & Restaurants as well as the stadium. Property was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very prompt with one small issue. Would recommend this property.

Such a fun cozy home!

This house was great! We have 6 of us and there was 8 beds and so much room for everyone to be comfortable! There’s a hot tub that you can relax in after a fun day out. Only 10 min away from broadway and easy just to Uber! Highly recommend if you want a weekend getaway with the family or a group of friends!

Good spot for friends

It comfortably housed everyone without someone being banished to a couch or a cot (party of 7). It’s nice being 15 minutes from both downtown and the airport. Managers were quick to respond with any issues and made sure we had an easy stay. Very simple check out process with helped us on our last day

2nd time staying

This was our 2nd year at this property. The remodel to open the living room staircase made a huge difference in the openness and the larger dining table was well done. The upstairs changes were welcomed by our teens and pre-teens.

Great Location

This house was in an excellent location and a good size for our group of seven family members. Our only suggestions are for more hand towels and some type of dish towels for the kitchen. We did have some problems with the large TV on the main floor so it should be checked out. The upstairs TV worked well. Would stay again.

Very nice home in quiet convenient neighborhood to downtown attractions. Grocery stories on minutes away. Lots of parking for multiple cars. Nice outside area for privacy at hot tub / BBQ grill. Great communication with owners!

It has plenty of space and beds. Microwave didn’t work too good. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. The guys enjoyed the game room. It wasn’t the cleanest place I ever stayed at.

Great place close to everything

There were 12 of us in Nashville for a family vacation. The house had enough beds for all the single people to have their own bed. There were 4 bathrooms, which was great. We were 10 minutes from Broadway. There was grocery store and drug store within 5 minutes of us. We easily got Ubers for rides into town. Great location. Some of the beds were a little lumpy but overall a great place.

House location was good, close enough to city but in a quiet area. Disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of areas of the house. Kitchen needs work and pictures were different than the way it is. Worked for our stay but probably would not stay there again.

Good location

Our first impression upon entering the house was not great because it smelled like sewage. The problem was eventually fixed and Brent was apologetic. But I suspect the problem had been going on for awhile so it should have been fixed before renting it out. The house itself was okay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Hopefully in the future they will stay on top of issues before renting the house out.. location was great..centrally located to most activities.
