Front desk staff at checkin was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Bathroom amenities included Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. I want to give this a 5 star review. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms have a nice aesthetic Cleanliness is a problem. A lot of corners with stuff in the corners. It was simply a lack of quality housekeeping and leadership not holding them accountable. Surprising to me given how personable the staff was. I hope this was a fluke and is likely stay here again in case that’s not the normal. Not the best but not horrible either
