This beautiful modern home sits in a new and upcoming area just North of Nashville and minutes to Broadway, Top Golf & Downtown. The kitchen offers beautiful stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, and all of the cooking necessities you'll need. The house also has an amazing outdoor area overlooking downtown. 50th Birthday Girls weekend!

We had the absolute best time at this property. The deck off the living room is amazing. We sat out there for hours and enjoyed the view and the weather. House was clean and spacious. Chase was an excellent host.

Don’t be scared as Waze tells you that you’re close. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy with a lot of pan handlers around. But the location in itself is great! Very close to downtown, also be ready for three floors of stairs. The trash can was already full when we arrived which was terrible.
