Super comfortable stay- AMAZING location. Note that it’s more like staying in an apartment complex with a front desk than it is like a hotel as there aren’t typical hotel amenities like food/bar/gym. However, the staff was wonderful and everything you need is right in the darling neighborhood. I did one wild night on Broadway and then was completely content hanging out in the 12 S neighborhood. Every restaurant I went to was excellent, lots of patios and shopping. I made one grocery store run then didn’t need a car at all. Our room had a full size fridge, stove, sink, and dishwasher. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to BYOB and watch the sunset. The Poets courtyard is also lovely and comfortable. Again, BYOB but it really didn’t matter. The environment was lovely and there were singers and musicians on weekend early evenings. I’d absolutely stay again.
