Don't have any complaints. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the balcony. The neighborhood was on the edge of a less than desirable neighborhood, so I would not recommend walking around at night. The Farmer's Market was very close and we walked to it multiple times - really enjoyed the food there! Also - a Kroeger's was only a couple of blocks away, which was very convenient.
