The Place was nice. The neighborhood was quite. However the neighbors that live on the left side from standing on the balcony facing the golf course threw an egg on the balcony. If you are looking for a location not directly on the beaten path and only 15 mins from Broadway, this is the one for you! The beds, LARGE and Comfortable! All the amenities you need. Air works great as well! Bring a mattress topper for the pullout couch if you use it, however. No big deal for us as we had people able to share beds. If you are bringing bigger vehicles make sure you let the owner know. We managed to fit a Crew Cab no-lift truck and a Durango in the garage but BARELY, however, he was able to contact the HOA if needed to get a letter to park in the parking spots at the bottom of the hill! The owner allowed us to check in early and actually gave us a 30 min later checkout as well! Washer and Dryer on property as well! Clean up was simple and easy! All in all A Property!
