I had a glitch with the check in process. The door didn’t seem to recognize my code. I phoned property management and they were able to assist me straight away. The unit was clean, easy to access, secure, convenient to all things downtown, and the free parking in the building's lot is a great perk for anyone traveling by car. All the basics and then some were provided - pods for the dishwasher and washer (there is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the unit although not pictured), coffee for day 1, creamer/sugar, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The property management team was very responsive to any questions pre- and post-booking. A few considerations (1) the pictures in the listing are not necessarily representative of this particular unit - most specifically there is not a walk-in shower (its a tub with curtain) (2) this building is older, floors are thin, the AC/Heat unit (not pictured) is a wall unit (like the old hotels) and can be noisy, and (3) this unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building. ##### Debra H.
