1-North has one beautifully designed bedroom that is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The queen bed features premium quality Parachute-brand bedding, a Tuft & Needle mattress, curtains, blackout shades, and a white noise machine.
This unit can sleep up to 3 guests; in addition to the bedroom, there is a twin sleeper loveseat in the living area. Extra bedding and pillows are provided.

The bathroom in 1-North is fully ADA-accessible and features quality, unique finishes that can be enjoyed by anyone. The bathroom includes a tiled roll-in shower with a detachable handheld showerhead and a repurposed vintage vanity with a vessel sink.
Plush Parachute-brand towels, premium Public Goods amenities, and other essential toiletries are provided for your convenience and comfort.

1-North's fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances (electric range, microwave, French door refrigerator and freezer, and dishwasher) and butcher block countertops. You'll have everything you could reasonably need to cook your favorite meals--from utensils and dishware to plenty of pots and pans and basic cooking ingredients.
Dine indoors at the dining table that seats 4 or step out onto your private patio to enjoy a meal outside.
Prefer to dine out? Stroll to one of Nashville’s many nearby restaurants for a local treat and bring leftovers back to enjoy later.

Booking with family or friends? 1-North and 2-South adjoin through an interior pass-through door - rent both and they become one connected space (and 1-North guests get rooftop access through 2-South).
Want to bring a bigger group? You can rent multiple units or even the Entire Barn Burner, which sleeps up to 29 guests across all four units.
Planning ahead? Individual unit calendars open for reservations 90 days before check-in - whole-property bookings get first priority on dates. If your dates aren’t showing yet, that’s why.
Check back at the 90-day mark or book the entire Barn Burner up to a year out - for dates beyond that, message me directly.

Guests have private access to 1-North, its patio, and all included amenities. Note that this unit does not have direct access to the rooftop patio unless combined with another unit: 2-South reaches the rooftop by its private interior stairway, and 3-East and 3-West have walk-out rooftop access.
One free parking spot is available on-site, and additional free street parking is available nearby.
Check-in is contactless with key-coded door locks. Your unique door code, along with detailed check-in instructions, parking information, and check-out guidelines, will be sent 1-2 days before your arrival.
☆☆ PARKING & GETTING AROUND ☆☆
Each unit has one dedicated parking spot behind the building, accessible via Honeysuckle Lane (a one-way street running south to Washington Street). Additional free street parking and public lots are available nearby.
Keep in mind that rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are very limited or unavailable in the area, so plan to drive or walk as you explore Nashville. Most shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but if you're venturing beyond town, having your own vehicle is recommended.

The Brown County Barn Burner sits in a quiet yet convenient corner of Nashville, Indiana, at the intersection of Jefferson and Washington Streets. You’re just a few easily walkable blocks from the heart of town, where you’ll find locally owned shops, art galleries, restaurants, coffee spots, and more.
Less than ¼ mile away, the Salt Creek Trail provides a scenic, paved path (¾ mile) leading to the Brown County Music Center, Brown County YMCA, IGA grocery store, and additional restaurants and shops in Salt Creek Plaza.
Prefer to drive? You’ll be less than a 5-minute drive from the Brown County State Park or a slightly further - but still easy - drive to Yellowwood State Forest, Lake Monroe, and the nearby cities of Bloomington and Columbus.

We live just a few miles outside of town and work in Nashville, so we’re usually nearby if you need anything.
That said, unless you reach out, you likely won’t see us during your stay - unless we happen to cross paths at a local restaurant!

☀ Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure all guests have a relaxing stay.
