Perfectly Located

Great property, close to downtown restaurants, parks, and walking distance to most activities. It was clean, stocked, and slept comfortably. The property manager is very responsive! Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location for our needs. Outside was a bit dark at night. House was clean, although it seemed a bit worn. Shelf in bathroom is coming off the wall. Top sheet on queen bed appeared to be a twin size - it barely covered the width of the mattress. Glad to have plenty of hangers for clothing. Ice maker and water dispenser in fridge weren’t hooked up. Good number of dishes and glasses for meals.

Overhead light in kitchen and Bathroom did not work, coffee table in living room was about to collapse (i tightened all the screws, fixed issue), no wifi password, outdoor trash receptacles were running over, no place to put our trash &no plug in for coffee bar. It was clean, shower was great, great location for us.

We didn’t expect this place to be the nicest, but we also weren’t expecting it to be needing as much work as it does. The property manager was responsive, so that’s definitely a positive. However, this place is pretty old and needs some remodeling. Definitely wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed. If you have more than 2 adults, this definitely isn’t the place to stay as the other room is 2 separate beds (one that pulls out from underneath). It’s also smaller than advertised. It was a great location, however! The beds were comfortable and it was a place to sleep. However, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The host was fine, but the ad is only half true. The place is old and the layout of the house lends itself to one or two, not a family or friends.The bathroom is en suite, so whoever is in the second bedroom does not have access at night without going thru the bedroom.While the place is relatively clean, because the rugs and flooring is old, they cannot be cleaned perfectly.
