You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. The meal was delicious and they went the extra mile helping us in all the questions and helping sending our bags to the next hotel. Very friendly staff and quiet place for a great view of mt. Fuji. The only hard thing is decide if you want to stay inside relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi or go exploring different view spots of mt. Check-out at 10.00 if you want to check out at 12.00 its extra cost. Gas grill extra cost. Sauna very small - max 2 people and only sitting posdition. I booked on Expedia thinking I had it all covered. Being in the middle of nowhere in a foreign county, I felt scammed. We had to look for a new place during the night on the fly. Worst part of our visit to Japan was this booking. Stayed 1 night in Feb 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### たいこ 17 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 夏休み、家族５人とわんこでコテージに素泊まりでお世話になりました。 近くになんでも揃うスーパーがあり、好きな食材を買い込んで天候関係なく室内でバーベキューを楽しめました。食器や調理器具、キッチンバサミやグローブ、コーヒーメーカー、ホットサンドメーカー、IHヒーター、鍋まで何でも揃っています。人数分のベットやペットゲージが入ってもお部屋は広々としていて、子どもはロフト、大きなスクリーンとプロジェクター、サウナやジャグジーに大喜び。夜は満天の星空で流星群を見る事も出来ました。夜に浮かび上がる富士山もキラキラ光る登山道も感動的でした。スタッフの方がとても良くして下さり、最高の休日になりました。 あえて改善点を上げるなら、換気扇は弱めで途中窓を開けても、リビングとダイニングを締め切っていてましたが匂いは残ってしまいます。 冷蔵庫は余り冷えません。サウナは温度制限があり２時間温めても最高80度止まりでした。氷穴風穴に近く、混雑時には道路の渋滞がひどくほとんど動かない時間帯もあります。トイレと洗面台シャワー室が同じなので広々としていますが、大人数ですと混み合います。 しかし、改善点を上回るくらいの施設の良さがあるので、もう他のグランピング施設には泊まれなくなるほどの魅力がありました。オススメです！ ##### たいこ Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Shunji 15 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities お盆に三連泊しました。 出来て間もない施設で細かな気になる点はあるもののスタッフの対応は素晴らしく、今後の改善が期待できる良い施設だと思います。 ##### Shunji Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### ?? 12 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 施設もさることながらスタッフの方々の接客が素晴らしかったです。 ##### ??
