"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "

"The property was perfect for our family of 16 - the 2nd floor kitchen, living area and outdoor deck were ideal for a group of our size. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, plates, glassware, cutlery,etc. The 3rd floor living area and outdoor deck also provided some separate ‘adult’ space when needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated each family (4) as well as the back yard space. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. available in the shed.Nick was very responsive to any questions/issues so overall, a wonderful family vacation.Ann & Scott "

"Rooms feel a bit damp even with AC on. Perhaps small dehumidifiers would help. As for the rooms basic but nice. Small fridge with actual freezer so you can buy ice cream for later. Small ice cream and food place I don't think they have an indoor place but they have picnic tables and umbrellas. Shower had built in bench great for getting sand from between toes. Staff was wonderful. This was our second year going. Just so you know out of state is only $12 for any of the beaches. If you walk on it's free . Being a smoker it was nice to have chairs outside each room with a table and ashtray. All things considered great quiet place to stay.."

"Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! "
