Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Will expect full refund. Prepaid reservation was not even recognized. Confirmation numbers were useless. But also property was unrecognizable relative to advertisement photos. Unlike any experience in my life. We had 4 rooms reserved and prepaid but walked out.
