This was probably the best experience we have ever had. The hotel in the middle of the park so the views are absolutely amazing. We even got to see Mt. Kilimanjaro! The food was incredible, a variety of options and each one was amazing. Spa was also great very good and high quality essential oils used. And Isaac our Safari guide was incredible, he promised to try as hard as he could to find all the animals and he sure delivered! We were in the middle of a heard of a elephants, greatest experience ever, saw lionesses with their cubs, hippos, giraffes, buffalos, impala you name it! ##### Kevin ### 8/10 Good #### reo, tokyo 20 Apr 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 自然と動物を感じられるリゾートホテル ホテルのロケーション、宿泊中のスタッフの対応、食事の内容など想定していたよりもかなり良かったです。食事の内容は毎日内容の違うブュッフェでレストランとバーエリアからは象の群れを遠くに見ることができます。スタッフはいつも和やかで満足度の確認も怠りません。部屋の中にも虫が入らないように可能な限り配慮をしており夕方になるとベットの周りには蚊帳のセッティング、ホテル内はとても清潔でした。とてもリラックスした時間が過ごせます。ただ、空港送迎依頼のメール返信が遅い上に英文から威圧的な印象を受けた為、出発前のモチベーションはかなり下がりました。結果行ってみるととてもフレンドリーでおもてなしで溢れていたので驚いた程です。今となってはメール文にも悪気はなかったのかと思われますが連絡する際は早めにされた方が無難です。ちなみに空港送迎費は2人で往復144ドルでした。 お勧めできるホテルです。 ##### reo Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 10 Jul 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Un excelente servicio, en unas buenas instalaciones y unas vistas excepcionales.
