Comme chaque année, quand nous venons, la maison est nickel, avec un maximum d'accessoires d'aménagement, principalement dans la cuisine. Nous ne manquons de rien sur place. Avec la mer juste en face, les commerces autours et les ballades dans la Clape à 5 minutes, nous ne pouvons regretter qu'une météo moyenne. Espérons que les travaux d'agrandissement ne dénatureront pas le lieu et le duo prix/prestations.

super locatie, mooi huis, mooie omgeving

Locatie mooi, omgeving mooi, eigen afgeschermde parkeerplaats in de tuin van het huis. hygiene huis kan beter, na overleg met eigenaar is dit toegezegd.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit dem Kindern und unseren Hunden (Danke an den Vermieter, dass wir nach Rücksprache auch mit zwei Hunden kommen durften) in Narbonne -Plage und uns hat es auch sehr gut im Haus gefallen. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung hatten. Das einzig Negative waren die vielen Stechmücken am Abend, aber wir haben dann eben am Nachmittag die Fenster verschlossen und gegen abends kurz die Klimaanlage an gemacht, sodass es dann zum Schlafen angenehm war. Praktisch war auch, dass das Haus quasi direkt am Strand liegt, sodass man auch mal nur kurz an den Strand gehen oder schnell noch was zu essen im Haus holen konnte. Auch zum Clape

Parfait !

Maison idéalement située à Narbonne plage, très bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. La vue de la terrasse comme du salon est superbe .... Propriétaires très à l'écoute et disponibles.

Petite location fonctionnelle en front de plage non loin du port

Location fonctionnelle au pied du bord de plage mais entrée plage au niveau du port à environ 300m . Lits faits à l arrivée c est bien appréciable ! Wc très exiguës et peut être revoir l ossature des lits superposés qui bouge pas mal! Nous avons eu coupure d électricité le matin à 8h ne provenant pas du disjoncteur ni d une coupure extérieure….. Adeline est venue de suite et a constaté comme nous que seules les chambres en étaient pourvues…. La pièce principale non . J espère que le pb sera résolu pour les prochains locataires ! Sinon à noter que le Centre de Narbonne plage est en travaux mais marché à St Pierre le week-end.

Belle maison dans un excellent emplacement

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans la maison. La communication avec Eric et Adeline a très bien fonctionné. L'emplacement de la maison est quelque chose de spécial. La cuisine en particulier est très bien équipée. Merci encore de nous avoir permis de nous enregistrer si tôt. Nous serions heureux de revenir et ne pouvons que recommander la maison.

Tres bon emplacement, idéal avec des enfants

Semaine passée avec nos petits enfants. Emplacement idéal, plage immense, port tout proche et jetée qui permet aux petits pécheurs de passer une partie de l'après midi. Seul bémol, commerces alimentaires relativement éloignés. La maison est conforme aux photos, cependant rénovation un peu cache misère et mauvaises odeurs dans les toilettes, salle de bain et sous l'évier. La douche extérieure est très appréciable. En résumé bon séjour

Très bon séjour Reposant hors saison c'est appréciable de prendre un petit déjeuné avec vue sur la mer dans le calme! Propriétaire réactif et sympathique Le +++ linge de maison et ménage inclus bien appréciable.

Un séjour idéal, même en hiver

Nous avons trouvé la maison propre et bien chauffée - merci pour cette hospitalité. Même pendant la saison plus fraîche, la maison est agréable à vivre. Grâce à la bonne isolation et au chauffage réglable individuellement dans chaque pièce, il fait confortablement chaud. Comme nous l'avions déjà mentionné en juin, la maison est bien équipée - il ne manque rien. Et surtout, l'emplacement directement sur la plage et le calme sans circulation est difficile à surpasser! Si c'est possible, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :-))
