  • Important booking conditions:
    - Outside school holidays (period from July 3rd to September 25th): We accept stays of less than 6 days for an additional fee of 20 euros per night. This applies to stays of 3, 4 or 5 nights. This fee will be added to the quotation after booking. For stays of 6 days or more there is no extra charge.

    Welcome to our property:

    In the shade of the big trees of the park, the calm and the charm of this house of character air-conditioned and of great comfort . It is located in the heart of our wine estate, on the outskirts of the town, 4 km from shops and amenities and 17 km from the Mediterranean beaches.

    The living room equipped with a fireplace has a direct access to the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and to the large private park, closed with deckchairs and children's games. Bed linen and towels are included. Bed, high chair, baby bath are available.

    Ground floor: Living room (Wifi, TV, DVD player, MP3 radio); kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven); laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron).
    First floor: One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with 1 single bed (160 cm); bathroom (hairdryer) and separate toilet.
    Refundable deposit required: 300 euros
    Cleaning option 55 euros to be paid to the owner.
    Included in the price: 8 KW electricity and 500 liters of water per day.

    During a visit of the vineyard and the wine storehouse, we will make you discover the history of this family estate since several generations and will share with you our passion for our profession of winemaker.

House in a vineyard

Quiet, comfortable house in a useful location for reaching all the sights we wanted to see in this region: though you drive past the industrial zone to get there, it's neither heard nor seen from the house and garden. Kitchen equipment is adequate, though I would have liked more kitchen knives. We had taken "shower room, separate toilet" to mean there would be 2 toilets in all, but there is only 1. Madame was very welcoming - thank you for the wine and quince jam!

Very peaceful and well equipped property

Very peaceful gite, which suited our purposes for a quiet few days. Mme Roque was very welcoming and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty finding it at first, because the Marker on the Google Map location that comes up on the Home Away site is a further 2 km or so along that road. Very well equipped kitchen, although with only two of us we didn't need to make use of much of it. A stronger WiFi signal would have been appreciated. Trying to watch a rugby world cup match which was only shown on an internet channel by French TV was highly frustrating!

This property is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Quiet country location surrounded by vineyards. Easy driving access to Narbonne and all freeways. Lovely walking and running trails with numerous photo opportunities. The apartment is really a house with two stories and plenty of room for the six adults in our group. Original details of the house make it magical. The house was clean, fresh and spotless! The City of Narbonne is very friendly and welcoming to English speaking tourists. Excellente location

Une maison très bien tenue, décor intérieur élégant, jardin extérieur sans vis-à-vis, située dans un bel environnement.Une cuisine très propre et quasiment neuve et très bien équipée, chambres très jolies et literie excellente, salle de douche très pratique. L'accueil est chaleureux, Mme Roque soucieuse de ses hôtes et cependant très discrète.Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une belle région.

Agréable séjour

Bonjour on vient de passer 2 semaines très agréables dans le gîte du domaine de montlaur de Mme Monique Roque qui nous a reçu très gentiment pour la visite de la maison.Pendant notre séjour elle nous a offert les premiers raisins 🍇 de table de sa vigne et ensuite des raisins de la vendange (car notre séjour c’est trouvé à ce moment-là)ainsi qu’un apéritif très sympathique avec les vacanciers de 2 autres gîtes.On ne peut que louer la serviabilité et l’extrême gentillesse de Mme Monique Roque. A recommander vivement.

Une belle maison de vacances

Un très bel endroit, très bon accueil des propriétaires, toujours présents pour une demande ou une autre surtout Monique qui est très chaleureuse. La location est très spacieuse, les chambres très agréables. Petit bémol avec des toilettes seulement à l'étage et une seule salle de bains (petite ambiguïté avec l'annonce Abritel).

Calme et tranquillité

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Inévitablement la cheminée à foyer ouvert à été un plus pour nous. Le seul bémol reste sur les 8kw compris dans le prix qui reste juste pour la consommation hivernale. Nous avons surtout apprécié le calme, la tranquillité, les beaux volumes de la maison . Il y a une très bonne literie. Nous y reviendrons l'hiver pas en été car il n'y a malheureusement pas de piscine.

Erholsame und erlebnisreiche drei Wochen bei herrlichem Wetter

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf dem schönen Anwesen, das sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen und doch als Ausgangspunkt für viele unserer Ziele (diverse Besichtigungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis, Wanderungen und natürlich auch Strandbesuche an verschiedenen Stellen) ganz gut ausgesucht war. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch gab es einen schönen Einblick samt Führung und kleiner Verköstigung zum Weingut. Einzig die ums Haus auch anzutreffenden Stechmücken machten manchmal den Aufenthalt im Freien etwas anstrengend. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, bietet zeitgemäßen Komfort und reichlich Platz. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!

Seh ruhig gelegene Domain , ideal für sämtliche Ausflugsziele rund um Narbonne

Die Vermieterin Monique ist sehr herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend und gibt zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps . Sie ist immer für einen da . Das war wunderbar . Das Anwesen und die Wohnung ist sehr abseits gelegen , Ruhe pur , vor allem für die , denen Narbonne Plage oder Grissan zu viel Rummel bietet . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber , ist sehr gut ausgestattet , es fehlt an nichts . Der Garten der Wohnung ist groß, könnte aber mit ein wenig Pflege deutlich besser sein .

Calme et spacieux

Gîte conforme à la description. De grands volumes, une cuisine bien équipée, un extérieur très appréciable avec BBQ, grand salon avec canapé confortable. Domaine au calme situé au milieu des vignes. Bon accueil de Mme Roques qui a su se rendre disponible lorsque nécessaire. Centre de Narbonne et canal du midi à 15 min, plages à 30 min environ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Huisje heeft alle benodigdheden. Airco op de slaapkamers is erg prettig en echt wel een must! Wc is boven, is even wel iets om op de hoogte van te zijn. Mooie omgeving. Strand is ong. een half uurtje rijden. Narbonne stad is echt heel dichtbij en toch is het huisje landelijk en midden in de wijngaarden. Abbaye Fontroid is bezoek waard en dichtbij. Van de eigenaresse regelmatig druiven gekregen. Vonden de jongens heerlijk.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gite au mois d'août 2019 avec trois enfants en bas âges. Les lieux conviennent parfaitement pour une grande famille et offrent tout le confort moderne ! La climatisation est un vraiment appréciable. Le jardin est immense et les soirées très agréables sur la terrasse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. L'ensemble des équipements correspond bien à la description de l'annonce. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bezaubernder Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt mitten im Weinanbaugebiet und entsprechend ruhig. Es gibt alles was man braucht, der Garten hinter dem Haus ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet und mit einigen Spielgeräten ausgestattet. Da es bei uns recht heißes Wetter gab, war die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen sehr wichtig. Man ist schnell in Narbonne und in 30 min am Mittelmeer. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele Ziele. Alles in allem also eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus mitten in den Weinbergen

Dieses alte Winzerhaus liegt sehr idyllisch zwischen Weinbergen und alten Bäumen mitten in der Natur. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und läd zum Erkunden ein. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man benötigt. Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. In einer kleinen Kammer gibt es eine Waschwaschine und Trockner. In den Schlafräumen im oberen Stockwerk gibt es Klimaanlage. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich die Terasse mit Garten. Das Klettergerüst mit Schaukel haben unsere Kinder geliebt! Die Gastmutter Madame Monique hat uns sehr herzlich und familiär empfangen. Sie hat uns die Räumlichkeiten sehr ausführlich erklärt und tolle Ausflugtipps gegeben. Liebe Monique, vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben die Urlaubstage sehr genossen und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!

Repos, verdure, soleil : des vacances au top!

Le logement correspond complètement aux photos, il est propre et bien entretenu. Il est fonctionnel et spacieux pour une famille. Tout le confort d'une maison est présent sur place. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et de ses aménagements ludiques. Le calme règne dans cette propriété propice au repos. La ville de Narbonne et les plages sont accessibles sans aucun problème. Le soleil au rendez-vous, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce domaine, la propriétaire, discrète mais soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie. Cette location est à recommander sans problème. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous revenons dans la région.
