The place operates as a public bath first and foremost, but they have overnight cabins that resemble capsule hotels that guests can stay in (which is what I stayed in). The vibes were incredible, and so were the baths. I took one before I went to bed and got up early before I headed to the airport just to take one again. They also have great restaurants within the building as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is convenient (2 mins away from Shin-Narashino station). I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. Was mostly quiet throughout the week, it gets a bit busier at a weekend.
