Beautiful space upstairs. Giorgio was lovely. A bit daunting on the street at night. Have .05 euro for elevator!!!!

Giorgio was wonderful!! His little B & B is adorable and clean, however...it is in a terrible building! Across the hall it sounded like someone was beating up a child- the child was screaming and the parent was yelling..it was crazy! The elevator didn't work half the time- we had to walk down 9 flights of stairs. We were leaving at 6:30am the next day, and were praying that the elevator would work for us to leave on time- and it did! But, it would definitely be a deal breaker for me. Giorgio has a very cute and clean B & B, but I would not recommend it because of the elevator, the building, and the area. The area was very scary! Not a good part of town. Also, the A/C didn't work as well as we hoped!

I’m really sorry if your stay wasn’t under your liking. The B&B is located in a old residential building and I’m very surprised you found terrible as nobody ever complained about it. La casa di Giorgio is not responsible for what happens in the other houses of the building even more during day time. The elevator works good and never stopped to work during your stay, I might think that you haven’t follow the right procedure to call the elevator. The B&B is located in the historical center and I’m really surprised that you found very scary as since I’ve open this business nobody had a problem to walk around the neighbour even in night time. If there was a problem with A/C you could tell me at the check in and I could fix this problem. I hope to see you again at La casa di Giorgio to show you all the improvements and how everything works properly.

Authentic feel of Naples!
Amazing stay in Naples. We didn't know what to expect to Naples but it became one of my favorites in Italy. There's a chaotic feel about the city which quickly grows on you. And Giorgio's place embodies a bit of that. Not centrally located but still within walking distance to most tourist attractions. His place is on the 9th floor of a building so take the elevator. Or have calves of steel. Giorgio is a wonderful host and makes sure you enjoy his hometown as much as he does. He was helpful in pointing out the must-dos of Naples. Breakfast is included and also good to start the day. The view from the room is AMAZING. You'll see the sunrise through the window every morning if you're awake. Bathroom was nice but shower pressure could have been better. Made our stay in Naples totally worth it. And the pizza place roght next door had top notch pizza! Just don't mind the fireworks ;)

Giorgio is a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and caring. The property is very clean, modern, charming and comfortable. The location is perfectly located for walking to some major attractions and all public transportation. The breakfast was good. Don’t pass this accommodation up.

I stayed with my wife for a 4 night stay. If you want the local Napoli experience, this is the place. The owner, Giorgio, is a terrific host. He is very welcoming and has a lot of knowledge concerning the area. What he does not know, he will take the time to find the answer. The location is convenient to the train station and the marina. There is a terrific view of Vesuvius from the balcony of two of the rooms. The elevator is a little quirky, but it adds to the charm. We had a wonderful time!

New B&B nearby train stations and city centre
The B&B run by Giorgio is great. He fully renovated a normal unit into this B&B about a year or so ago so has the latest technology, comfort and style. Breakfast was nice. The view from the room was overlooking the city and the other balcony door the bay and Vesuvius. The building itself is old and run down and the travel from the main station by foot is dirty. It's a good location though to walk into the city centre and the train stations to go to Pompeii (6 min walk). So overall would stay there again and this time call Giorgio in advance so he's at the B&B when we arrive.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying - would use again
Well located being close to the station to get too, and then walk to the historic centre and main sites. The piazza (under ugraded) and streets in the area may seem a bit decadent, but that is Naples all over, i felt safe enough in this area and walking to and from. Giorgio is a delightful and attentive host, and i had an excellent breakfast each morning. I liked having the view over the harbour and out to Mt Vesuvius from the 9th floor. When you stay, visit Santa Carmine across the piazza during the morning, beautiful inside and if you catch the 10am mass you should get the priests singing for the full effect. Bathrooms are my thing, and this one was clean and modern. overall, deserves it's good rating.

Giorgio, the owner, is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room is gorgeous with the balcony and the view. It's also very clean and well-maintained, and comes with great breakfast.

Die Lage ist zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Viertel wirkt etwas heruntergekommen; die Unterkunft selbst ist picobello sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral.

Great location and excellent service
I had an excellent stay at La Casa di Giorgio. Its location is very convenient and strategic for either exploring the Historical Center of Napoli (within walking distance) or as gateway for exploring Pompeii, The Vesuvius, Capri or the Amalfi Coast, because it is within walking distance to one of the main train stations of Napoli, bus stops and the harbor as well. Rooms are very well maintained, view from the balcony is stunning (Napoli Harbor and the Vesuvius), quality of rest is very good. Good breakfast and coffee. Excellent Wifi. Besides that, the personalized service that you get from Giorgio is something that adds great value to this property. He was very helpful with all my doubts on how to execute my plans for enjoying the city and its surroundings as much as possible. On top of that, downstairs there is a restaurant that serves one of the best pizzas I have tried. I certainly recommend this place and will definitely consider it for a future visit to Napoli.

Fin Bed & Breakfast
Vi blev lidt overraskede/skuffede, da vi ankom. Betegnelsen som "hotel" er en smule misvisende, da der i højere grad er tale om en Bed & Breakfast beliggende på 9. etage i en lidt slidt bygning. Beliggenheden er tæt på transportmuligheder og kun ca. 10 minutters gang ind til centrum. Opholdsrummet og værelserne var super fine og rene, og værelset kunne sagtens være taget fra et pænt hotel! God udsigt over byen på trods af en del vejarbejde og renovation. Vi kunne fra vores vores værelse også se Vesuv samt ud over vandet. Vores vært, Giorgio, var super hjælpsom og venlig og gav os både anbefalinger og hjalp os med transport igennem Napoli. På trods af vores forventninger om et decideret hotel (som skyldes vores egen mangel på research) havde vi et rigtigt godt ophold.

Bon sejour
Tres bon accueil. Chambre tres lumineuse avec vue sur le port, le Vesuve et sur la ville. Grande salle de bain fonctionnelle. Petit dejeuner varie et copieux. Belle disponibilite de Giorgio.
