An awesome experience that exceeded my expectations on so many levels. This hotel was a completely unique set up from staff interaction (remote but exceptionally attentive) to the actual layout of the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, impeccably clean and well decorated. It's definitely more than just a room someone has clearly put alot of thought into the design and guest experience. The location couldn't be better, located in the old section, close to lots of shops, restaurants and sites. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer in Naples but hopefully will return and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Hotel was a top notch place to stay around Naples, close by the port and train station. The nightlife around the hotel in which many restaurants were open was very nice. Hotel decor made room very appealing to stay longer.

This property is in an amazing location for the historic center, and despite its unusual and unmarked entrance, became comfortable quickly. The room is spacious and nice, but with 2 flaws. There is no WIFI despite what they say, and this is easily and inexpensively fixed these days with WIFI mesh products, so there's no excuse for that. Also, the eco friendly system that cuts power to the room when you leave also cuts power to the refrigerator, which is crazy. You can't keep food in there or enjoy the complimentary prosecco they give you unless you're going to have it for breakfast after you've been in the room overnight so that the refrigerator is actually cooling.

The property was more of a bed and breakfast type. It was located in a very popular area just off the narrow shopping streets in the heart of the old town. The rooms were on the top level and were redone very nicely. The room came stocked with a mini fridge with snacks that were free, as well as vouchers to use for breakfast at a nearby bakery (only a few feet from the property). The owners were great at providing advice and input and providing very detailed instructions on how to get into the property, access my key, etc. I stayed 3 nights and only ever interacted with them by text message but it all worked out very well. I was just sad I didn't ever meet my hospitable hosts!

Beautiful stay in a wonderful B&B
We stayed here as part of our minimoon and wow what a place to stay! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous! Styled absolutely beautifully, large and spacious. Free mini bar! Breakfast isn’t provided by the b&b but they give you a voucher which can be used at the cafe outside for a drink and pastry- either sweet or savoury and absolutely delicious. We found the hotel really easily on arrival as we walked from the port using google maps on our phones but I get the impression from reception and speaking to the other guests, people must find it hard to find. It is set in a block of flats but suppose as we’ve stayed In similar types of places in Italy, we kind of knew what to look out for. There’s no road directly outside as it is in the historic centre which must be another reason it could be tricky. Wonderful place though and was certainly stay again!

The location is great if you're looking to stay in the Old Town center. The building itself is lovely and is decorated just as beautiful as you in the photos. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the fact that we had thought we booked a TWO BEDROOM suite. Instead, we got a 1 bedroom suite (which we let my in-laws sleep in) with a pull out sofa in the living room. Also, the sofa bed was so awful! The framing/mattress was not comfortable at all. We removed the mattress from the sofa bed and placed it on the floor so that it'd be flat rather than the weird hill that the sofa frame was causing. Regardless, my husband and I woke up with pain in our shoulders and backs. I would book again but would be sure there were 2 actual beds. The sofa bed needs to be replaced.

Perfect overnight hotel!
This hotel was awesome! It was so beautiful and clean when we arrived. However, getting to it is a little difficult. It is on a small street and you have to enter through a locked gate (which they will give you the code for). When you arrive they will buzz you in and tell you to go to floor four. Once we figured that out, it was a perfect spot for the one night stay we had in Naples. I would definitely recommend!

The area is in old Naples on a street filled with street sales shops and people very very busy. Vouchers were provide for Joe's Cafe (2min walk) there we had a choice of drinks and wonderful eats, all the people we met were wonderful. We enjoyed the Pizza at restaurant right beside Joe's but local beer is pricey all else is very good. GordieHowl55

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The manager Francesco is a very good hotel manager. He was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The location was very convenient. It is in the historical section of Napoli. The streets are narrow and some taxies are not able or willing to drive all the way to the hotel.

A real jewel in the middle of old, historic, central Naples. A completely converted, tasteful, well-appointed oasis on the top floor of a hundreds year old building. In the middle of a thriving, lively community that never stops. Only recommendation is for It's Room to provide clear directions to find the location and to establish good communications for first-check-in. What's App was very helpful in this regard. We would stay there again, happily, a real treat.

Very modern and clean property in the heart of the pedestrian core of the city. Attentive staff that will contact you on WhatsApp in advance (a first!). This made it super easy to ask them questions about our stay (like texting them for extra blankets). Walking distance from a plethora of food options, the Museo Cappella Sansevero and the Archeology museum. Both recommended, especially the latter. Since the property is located a few blocks into the pedestrian mall, it can be difficult to reach if you are carrying a lot of luggage. However they do have a reasonably priced shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off from either the airport or the train station. Type F (Schuko) and Type L (Italian) sockets available in the room, both sides of the bed. Wifi was fast (few megabits per second), strangely cut out about once an hour but would come back up in a minute. Shower is hot but of moderate capacity, may not hold up to two immediate consecutive showers. Safe is available but is small, can only fit passports but not tablets or laptops. No in-hotel breakfast, but they gave us breakfast coupons to use at a local shop. We didn't utilize these tickets so I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast.

The room was cleaned every day and was very nice the shower especially was lovely. Unfortunately we didn't get the bottles of water replenished every day and there was no milk in the room for tea and coffee.

The stuff was very unfriendly, we didn't get the code for the door. He didn't pick up our phone call. We had to write an e-Mail and wait another 20 minutes 'till he arrived. At the end, when we already were back home he wanted the city tax (should check that in advance). He wanted more, than from ebookers was commended. Never agan!

Dear guest,First of all, thank you for taking your time to review the property.But I believe that lies do not belong to us, our service is differentiated by quality and friendliness.Too bad we can't attach the conversations that took place.Guests must complete web check in before they can receive access codes to enter their room.And this is described in the confirmation email and the reminder email 7 days before arrival. If you don't read emails it's not our fault.Furthermore, there was an electricity outage upon your arrival (which was before the check-in time). I let you into your room first and personally took your bags up to the 4th floor because there was no electricity.You left without paying the tourist taxes, it was our negligence not to have communicated before leaving them in the room.But it is stated on your reservation that tourist taxes must be paid on site.However, the truth will always have its way.
