For example, VRBO did not list the city tax as part of the property rental fees, which we had to pay in cash upon arrival. Not a good way to do business. The apartment is located in a old residential building. We had to pay ten cents to use the elevator every time- not mentioned on the property description. The bathroom had chemical smells, shower was very small and had water drainage issues. We only stayed a few nights but will never use VRBO again as it is clear that VBRO wants customers by not providing complete information.
