Hi John. Thank you for providing feedback on your stay at Bellasera. We're happy you enjoyed our popular hotel amenities, but we're sorry your room did not meet your expectations. The one bedroom/one bath suites offer a combination bathtub and shower since many guests like having the tub. Our larger units with two bedrooms offer a spacious walk-in shower in the master bathroom in addition to the second bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. We hope you'll consider staying with us again, as we are continuously updating our units and the property.

Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult for us to grant late check-out requests over the holidays when we are our busiest and the hotel is close to full capacity.
