The location is excellent, central with restaurants and shops nearby. Anna, the hostess was very helpful and warm. My only issue is that the room is on what I would call the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. However Anna helped me with my suitcase. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Anna

No address number or sign so hard to find. No spoke a word of English and the woman seemed to be annoyed that i couldnt understand her. Should not advertize on Orbitz. Worst issue was i had no wifi in the room. You had to be almost next to the modem out in the hallway. Room only 30 feet away.

The woman that runs this property is so sweet and helpful. She only speaks Italian but is just the best!

El edificio donde está ubicada la habitación no cumple los estándares de limpieza. La calle es ruidosa por la nochey uno de los colchones era bastante incómodo

Onestamente non so' cosa risponderle !!! Sono sconcertato quello che lei ha scritto è pura follia !!! Stiamo parlando di una delle zone più belle e caratteristiche di Napoli ...

Probabilmente essendo un B&B nuovo la persona che lo cura non è molto preparata. Cambio lenzuola = zero. Cambio asciugamani solo su ns. richiesta. Pulizia camera un giorno si un giorno no.

Salve la ringraziamo per la sua recensione , ma le posso assicurare che per le pulizie c'è un orario ben preciso , quindi se durante le due ore che si dedicano alle pulizie non si esce dalla camera perché si dorme , automaticamente non è colpa nostra . Ci dispiace comunque per l'accaduto. B&B Chiaia Rooms

Localização excelente , D Ana que nos atendeu muito solicita é encantadora ! O único problema foi o sinal de Wi-Fi muito ruim, só funcionava se ficasse no corredor de fora do quarto , esse foi nosso único e grande problema! Do resto recomendo
