Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!

Very nice and polite staff. Convenient location, but no public transportation in close proximity. Good breakfast, but served in a very dark, small, and gloomy room.
