"The room was just as pictured. It was very clean. David was very responsive. No issues with communication. The only odd thing was there a smell when we entered. I’m not sure if the carpet was cleaned and wasn’t aired out but it smelled a little musky/moldy. I did let David know. Oh, the safe didn’t work either. I would stay again with hopes that the smell is no longer there! "

"The room was large, as advertised, and very clean and comfortable. The check in process was incredibly simple. Snacks, water, and coffee/tea provided in the room were also great. However, the description of the Palisades room said there's a jacuzzi tub, which there is not. There's only a (very small) shower. Additionally, the "porch access" makes it sound like there is direct or immediate access to an outdoor space, which there isn't. You have access to the rear garden outdoor seating, but so...
