The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off a/c and all lights and fans. be sure to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the load before leaving.
Strip used sheets off the bed and put them in the pantry downstairs. There are collapsible carriers in the closets provided.
Leave all 4 keys in the kitchen before vacating. Lost key charge is $25 per key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise level down. Please be sure to turn off all lights and ac/ heat before exiting the the home.
Any broken or stolen items will be charged to the person that rented the home.
Let owner know how many people are staying. Adding people without communicating with the owner will result in additional charges and let VRBO know.
