  • The Cowshed is a beautiful, luxurious, rustic, ingeniously upcycled, retro, uber comfortable two double bed barnlette with an attached and covered glass outdoor area (the cabin) containing a chill out zone, eating area and a double ended bath so you can relax under the bubbles and gaze at the stars! Inside has another double ended roll top bath, log burner, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, ground floor kingsize bedroom, wet room and mezzanine kingsize bedroom looking down onto openplane kitchen/diner/sitting room below. All equipped with a supersized flat screen TV, surround sound, a library of DVD's and a coffee table in the form of a 1940's trunk filled with all sorts of nostalgic board games. In short, a 5 star, award winning, totally unique boutique retreat set in some of Cheshire's most beautiful rolling green countryside between two outstanding rural, real fire sporting, gastro pubs. Not for the Cowshed and Cabin but for the Old Parlour

The property was nice enough but our weekend didn't get off to a great start as our booking hadn't gone through to the property owner. Rachel did however find us somewhere else to stay and then upgraded us to the Old Parlour on our 3rd night.
