This exceptional 300 m² property has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and aesthetics. With its meticulous decoration, every detail has been thought of to offer its occupants a pleasant and memorable experience. This spacious loft is composed as follows: On the ground floor, a vast open-plan living space, combining a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, creating a friendly, flowing atmosphere for meals with family or friends. The living room is pleasantly appointed and will enable you to relax and enjoy this beautiful, light-filled space. Important information: the television is located upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and an adapted dining area. Large bay windows offer abundant natural light and open onto a private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fine weather. Upstairs, four generously-sized bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and dressing room, guarantee each occupant optimum comfort and total privacy. A TV lounge area will allow you to relax in a comfortable and carefully decorated space. The contemporary decor, combining noble materials and design elements, creates an environment that is both chic and warm.
