非常不OK的住宿經驗⋯⋯

• 房務人員不夠專業、不懂的尊重客人 • 尚未退房，接連2位服務人員直接開門入內 • 房務人員逕自入內收拾，並未徵求我的同意，罔顧仍舊躺在床上睡覺的房客的感受 • 逕自收走我放在桌面上包著衣服的毛巾，直接扔進污衣桶裡 • 房間地板四散的碎玻璃，有刺傷危機 • check in 進入房間之後，看到浴室裡有使用過的毛巾沒有收走

Hotel room has a odor smell and carpet is very old. Check in took over 30mins with no line. Location is pretty far from the city center.

너무 싫었습니다....

프론트에서 hotel.com에서 예약결재를 했는데 또다시 예약금을 달라 하고 hotel.com에서 확인해 달라하니까 그건 자기들이 할 일이 아니니 직접알아 보라하였습니다. 저 또한 hotel.com에서도 확인할 수가 없었습니다. 지금도 hotel.com에서 예약결재 했던것을 취소 시켜 주었는지 알수가 없습니다. hotel.com에서도 무책임하진 않은지요? 그리고 호텔 hotel.com에서 예약한 사람은 좋지 않은 건물로 배치한 것 같았습니다. 두번은 가기 싫은 숙박이었습니다.

Nice hotel. Clean and neat.

Everything was great. I had a nice city view. The bathroom was fancy. The only thing was that there was only shampoo without conditioner. I brought my own though.
