I did not sleep more than 2 hours each night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear people across from us all night long. The carpets were stained. This was in an upgraded lake view room. I shudder to think of what is in a standard room. The front desk is not manned 24 hours a day and if you need to check out before 10 make plans the night before. Most of the staff do not speak English so communicating will be a challenge if you don't know any Mandarin.
