Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use. The service at the breakfast is good! They showed you the way personally not only directing you by pointing out fingers. The check-in service is a bit un-organized. I guess it's due to there were a group of meeting guests checking in at the same time. No hotel staff to guide people stay in line.
