It was a beautiful room very clean and inviting but unfortunately there was no lift but other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel for its high standards and location as it very close to the city centre

An oasis of calm and tranquility in the heart of the town! Easy walk to one of the best Moroccan restaurants I have ever visited! Good off road parking. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, very peaceful and a great shower. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day

The room was quiet, clean and tidy, and big enough to be comfortable for the three of us. The airconditioning silently worked wonders. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to see the city highlights and to easily arrive and leave the city with a car.

The staff was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay because the room was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The parking is also safe and secure as there are gates.

Stayed one night. Excellent rooms which had clearly just been refurbished. The hotel was ideally placed to walk in to the city.

Brand new aparthotel, 5 minutes walk from Place Stanislas and on tramway. Very modern, brand new probably, v cool architecture, clean, well organised. We're a family of 4 and booked a one bedroom apartment. The beds were made up ready for all of us and it was spotless. Check in was easy (closes 9pm though) and everything is opened by codes (room, gate, car park). Rooms have aircon, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob. Washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel also provided as is shower...

Lovely quaint room and perfect location for walking and discovering Nancy, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

The property was clean, staff were very helpful. I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend.

Room was clean enough but not absolutely spotless (found a hair that wasn't mine. These things happen). All facilities what I needed and firmly in the "budget" space. Nothing extra. Breakfast was also firmly in the budget space. What I need out of a breakfast over what I want out of a breakfast. Good value overall, got what I paid for. Staff: super friendly, welcoming, accommodating. Showed me a place to store my bike in the hotel. Recommended the best coffee shop I've been to in years. Big...
