Older motel style property right on the main drag through Parksville. Room was extremely basic but clean. No pool or breakfast. Price a bit steep for such simple accommodation, but I guess we came during high season. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

Exterior looks a little tired, but interiors have been refurbished, and made very comfortable indeed. Manager was very obliging, especially when our room's WiFi modem had malfunctioned.
