Fast friendly check in. Room is clean. It is your usual 1 bed hotel room. No real complaints, a breakfast would have been nice but there are your usual breakfast places close by.

This hotel met the basic needs. The pool and spa area were nice but the bottom of the pool needs to be painted. Little updates could help and the mattress we had, there was little or no support at the foot of the bed.

Staff was very kind and very helpful, the room was perfect, nice beds and pillows, very clean. The location is convenient, the only negative point was some hears I found on the shower walls, more attention to pay to the housekeeping team! The complementary bottles of water and sweets is a very nice gesture that I really appreciate. I would come back.

We arrived to a parking lot and gardens with weeds about a foot tall. The paint is peeling off the building and the reception staff knew nothing about Port Alberni. When leaving on the second day there were several people at the entrance going through the garbage pails and the parking lot. The staff was not concerned at all
