Staff helpful for checking in and getting us situated. Shower door would not close completely. Toilet with nice bidet. AC in room worked great, nice and cold. Lobby is warm (I suspect to save energy costs). Free coffee, tea, and water station in lobby. They have a check in/out machine for after hours arrival/departure. Wifi was spotty. There was a sign in the room stating free beer for hotel guests at the bar around the corner, but we missed the allotted time.

It’s a good value for money. My only complain is that the angle of the shower head is bad, spilling water all the way to the toilet area.

Building, elevators, common area, and carpet look tiring and old, but my room is clean and very well lit. I appreciate the window in my room as I'm able to look outside. Location is great as it's within a walking distance to main station and restaurants. High CP value is my opinion. I'll stay here again in the future.

"Very clean room, extremely friendly staff and a very accommodating breakfast (mu table). We are plant based and gluten free (due to celiacs). All food is labeled with +5 different labels (fish, meat, dairy, egg, gluten, and others) and the chef would make us a separate custom meal each morning."

"這次入住整體感受令人失望，與我對煙波品牌的期待有很大的落差。 首先，客房整體相 當普通，而且明顯缺乏維護。房內兩張沙發椅都有明顯白斑與髒污，壁紙也有不少污漬，接縫處多處翹起、脫落，看得出來已經使用一段時間卻沒有妥善整理。房間濕氣很重，雖然有提供除濕機，但被子、床鋪摸起來還是有濕濕的感覺，睡起來不是很舒服。浴室備品也只有洗髮精和沐浴乳，沒有提供護髮乳，以這個價位來說略顯不足。 電梯門口地毯上有很多灰塵還是食物屑屑。 飯店設施比想像中簡單許多。樓上的親子空間看起來很適合拍照，但實際空間不大，可玩的內容非常有限，沒有想像中的豐富。 早餐也是此次最失望的部分之一。菜色選擇不多，沒有什麼特色，與煙波礁溪館相比差距相當明顯。另外，餐廳座位安排非常密集，用餐時相當擁擠，取餐區也是人擠人，缺乏度假的放鬆感。 ..."
