"The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with great furnishings and well looked after. I'd definitely stay there again anytime. Negatives were small, like the TV was not big and the wifi slow, but we did not really spend that much time using those in any case. "We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out...

"Communicating with the host was frustrating. An hour before arrival there was still back and forth communication because she did not have the booking due some issue with her Vrbo account. Booking was made for 3 guests, bedding was only provided for 2 guests. Requested additional bedding, only duvet and pillows delivered at 9am, no sheets. Give this property a miss if you want to avoid frustration and poor service. "

"The location is the big attraction for this hotel. The scenery is amazing. Climbing up the cliff for sunset and dining at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant was incredible. Accommodation was comfortable -there were a few dead bugs in our room , maybe it hadn’t been swept in a few days but it felt generally clean. Staff were responsive if asked, but (aside from staff at Eagles Nest) weren’t super friendly. Felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the staff when we ordered breakfast. Maybe she was just having an off day… "
