Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The owner double booked the property, so when we arrived with our young children, late at night, after a long day at Lake Nakuru, we had no where to stay. She tried to help us find new accommodations, but the suggestion was 30 minutes away and in the wrong direction. She did not issue a full refund. Extremely frustrating.
