We have upgraded our room to new executive room, new building. Old building had bad smell in the rooms. New rooms are clean and decent. Have to pay 400thb extra per night, charged higher price than hotels.com. Friday night, the hotel have karoke room reserved. Even the party was too far, bass and music sound came to room till 3am, couldn't sleep. It suppose to be nature and relax holiday but have to listen bass sound till morning. The room was simple and basic appeared as a 2\* especially with stacked mattresses and cleaning equipment right outside of the room. Staff was accommodating for the most of the part, however, not helpful at all to book the massage nor flexible with offering a better room.
