"We stayed a little over a week. Staff were amazing & super courteous/helpful! Loved the amenities bar & unlimited water/coffee machine. The elevators could be better though, having been placed on the 17th (most tippy top floor), two elevators (really just 1 that felt like it was actually working) was really inconvenient and slow. There was a housekeeping staff, a younger Filipino gal who continued to give me major attitude for simply asking for things that we needed in our room during our week+ stay. Thankfully her colleagues were a lot more kind, so we often depended on their kindness and hospitality instead."
