This is 3rd time I stayed at this place, previous times were ok, but this time I noticed the service quality is declining (perhaps less competition) - This time was VERY disappointing. POOR Communication and POOR Trained Staff at front desk!!
1) Before I arrived, I sent them 2-3 messages requesting for Shuttle services (despite it's not free). No one answered my message, not even an apology when I reported it at front desk.
2) After a long-tired flight, I took an Uber and arrived at check-in, I gave the staff my ID, My Expedia booking ref# ... I said my booking was on Expedia (she looked a bit lost). I stood there for 25 min. waiting, while she's searching. I finally I told her to call her Manager, who probably instructed her to give me any room. Guess what? ... she puts me in a Room for ppl with disabilities (Fine), but not even 1 small bottle of water, and hot water takes forever to come :( They finally realized that (and changed the room) after I went downstairs complaining there's not even 1 small bottle of water in my room and asked 1 from restaurant (explicitly tell them to report that at front desk).
Guess what? At check-out, the lady wanted me to pay for the water, telling me I should've ask her to send 1 blablabla. Until I said ... "you know I may report that in my review, right?" Then, she said hold on, let me call my Manager. Who finally asked her to remove it.
If you're going there, make sure you find a way to communicate to avoid surprises and waste time.
