I stayed at this airport hotel, to be close to airport. The hotel had good soundproofing, with the airport being about 7-10 mins taxi away. Uber is fine to use in Japan, & there is a bus service to the airport, but I did not use it. The one thing going on at present (Mar 25) is there is a elevated highway being built just outside the hotel, so expect congestion, but once complete hopefully it will reduce the congestion.
