We had an EXCELLENT stay. The property is very conveniently located to everything in Old San Juan. It was a very quiet street. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The restaurant upstairs was great. We also loved the rooftop view. Would highly recommend & would absolutely stay here again!!

Con isn’t location - about 10 min by uber anywhere. Actual location is a bit in the ghetto. Once inside, very nice and clean 5*. Beds and pillows are excellent.

The hotel was in a great location and had easy access to the beach. The downside was that there were not enough umbrellas to accommodate a hotel that big, so we had to wait for one to be free.
