"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Disappointing. Place was musty and had not been cleaned in months. Plenty of pictures sent as proof, including a toilet bowl brush, molded coffee filter inside machine, greasy stove knobs, broken window blinds, and ruted and dirty grill unlike the one in the picture. I didn't expect luxury, but I didn't expect to feel insulted or taken advantage of. No hot water flow in upstairs main bathroom. All guests had to go downstairs for shower. Warm/hot water only in the evening. I could go on and on, but hoping other guests add their experience. Don't waste your until you have reassurance that the place has been cleaned and water issue is resolved. Thank you to Vrbo who responded professionally and accordingly."

"The picture doesn’t do it justice. We arrived at night but what a view in the AM! Panoramic sea scape.The room was immaculate and some nice amenities like coffee for the AM and some light snack. Comfy bed. Didn’t stay long enough to use the pool but also excellent maintenance and plenty of seating.The hosts replied to all of our requests promptly and were there to meet us on site. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.One note, Waze won’t get you there, not sure about Google Maps. Ask for a pin drop before heading there."
