  • Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! NEW FOR 2024: 58" Living Room TV, Bedding in All Bedrooms, Rebuilt Outdoor Shower. Very cheerful! This duplex cottage has a clean beachy feel and is located on a quiet family-friendly cul-de-sac nestled in the Nags Head Golf Course. Neighborhood consists of mostly full-time residents -- we're one of the few rental properties on the block, so you won't have to deal with loud parties or traffic and will feel right at home here. Includes free access to pool facilities and gym (plus sauna) at nearby Nags Head YMCA.

    This oasis is in a great location, close to all amenities -- short walking distance to Outer Banks Mall, Food Lion, Outback Restaurant, and Soundside pier for watching beautiful sunsets. Come watch recently released movies and TV shows for free on our flat screen Hi-Def Digital TV via your NETFLIX and HULU accounts. The house was recently wired for high-speed internet and multiple computer Wi-Fi use, so don't forget to bring your laptops.
