The Staff is amazing and extremely helpful and kind.
Really enjoyed this hotel and its location. Staff was extremely helpful with directions and attraction offered. Very spacious room and extremely helpful onsite self service laundry!
After 13 hours of flying to Japan, this hotel provided me everything I needed to sleep off my jetlag: comfortable bed, clean room, good location and very friendly staff. I have only good things to say, was a very pleasant stay!
A nice hotel near everything. Easy access to the metro. We had a quiet room, where the beds were very comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Would stay again.
The staff was friendly and spoke English very well.

Rooms are small but still have place to walk around. There adjoining room which we are happy as we vook 2 rooms for 4 nights. Breakfast is reasonable.. area.is good for shopping.
Location is really good! 2-3 mins walk from the train station. Room was very big and comes with a kitchen and washer-dryer (they even included laundry pods). Provided cutlery, pot, pan, plates and dishwashing sponge too but felt kind of oily. Might want to get your own sponge and do a thorough washing before using them. Otherwise all good! Would stay again if price is right.
The area around this place has a lot of hostess bars so there are a lot of guys trying to get you to come into their bar or just hanging on the street. This was the only hotel we stayed in that had a gym so I was happy about that. You had to take them your towels if you wanted fresh ones which was weird, at least provid a bag to put them in.
Bed was not the best, pretty hard and it's kind of inconvenient to get to places from there.
