Convenient, comfortable hotel with many amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff near Kanayama Station (1 stop from Nagoya Station). Rooms are larger than most basic Japanese hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to the station is also a plus.

Generally very good, typical of a Japanese business hitel fornthe budget minded. About a 15 minute walk to train station, not many dining options super close to hotel, and if you dont like a super hard matress maybe not for you.

自動チェックイン端末担当の女性スタッフが、こちらのプライベートな内容まで、甲高い、大きな声で、フロア中に響き渡るように話されるので、質疑をすることが出来ず、非常に不愉快。また、スタッフが非常に高圧的態度で接してくるので、こちらの要望を言うことはできません。 最低のホテルです。

入室した時の清潔さはとても良かったです。 料金も安く、朝食が無料で、どて煮やおにぎりが美味しかったです。フードロス削減の取り組みも素晴らしいと思います。 ただマットレスが硬く、ベッドサイドのコンセントの位置が高かったのが残念でしたが、総合的にみて快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
