The staff who helped me was particularly helpful, and put a lot of effort in explaining the hotel policies and amenities in English, so that I was well-informed, and that was definitely appreciated. There is a quite large coffee area that is open from the morning until midnight that is nice to use, and there is a paid breakfast available in the lobby as well. You can book ahead of time, but you can also just decide on the day of to purchase breakfast as well.
