It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also not too easy for my dad. It is a fantastic place for families with kids and pets. Vores første værelse var gammelt og slidt, terrassen var grøn af alger, og der var ikke adgang til stranden, da den var under konstruktion. Omgivelserne er fyldt med ukrudt og meget lidt indbydende. Vores andet værelse lå på overtaget uden elevator til tung bagage og uden møbler på altanen. Pladerne i loftet var løse. Man skal have kuponer for at spise i restauranterne.
