Everyone was so kind from check in to checkout where they gave us candies in our rental car. You can just relax yourself and stay in the hotel whole day. Restaurants I’ve tried are good. The room came with club lounge access where we could enjoy complimentary drinks and snack. The pool and sauna were nice too. We were very satisfied with the room and facility. The staff were helpful too. The only thing we found disappointing was the dining experience. We didn't make reservation for the hotel prior to check in and most restaurants were full already so we had dinner at the hotel tempura restaurant at last. We chose the 14000 yen per person set. The tempura were fine but were served in a hurry. 一つ気になることは、夕食で利用したレストランでの出来事。お会計はお部屋付けにしたので、伝票にサインをして控えをいただけるのを待っていたのですが、一向に持ってくる気配が無く。気になりお声がけしたところ「フロントに伝わってますので、チェックアウトの際にお支払いを」とのこと。日本のホテルなので変な心配はしていませんが、これまでの経験では、お部屋付けの場合は控えをいただく習慣だったため、驚きました。最近はこのようなスタイルのホテルもあるのか…と思い、出口へ向かいスタッフさんに一礼をしたのですが、預けていたコートのお渡しも無く。やむ無くラックにかかっていたのを自分で取り、お店を後にしました。 こちらの不備(Expediaのバグ)で二重予約になっていたところを、キャンセル料金なしで取消してくださいました。 また、ホテル備品などをお借りするのに何度もフロントにご連絡しましたが、快く対応してくださいました。 長崎駅からのシャトルバスがあり、旅行者にとっても助かります。 【気になった点】 アクティビティをするには、全て予約が必要かつ、有料な点が気になりました。 また翌日のアクティビティは18:00締切も多いので、チェックイン時間が遅いと申込できないケースもあります。 Expediaの予約は、部屋によりバーラウンジ利用可否やチェックアウト時間が違うのでご注意ください。 アクティビティを利用しない際は(雨で利用できない場合もある)、ホテル周辺には何もないので部屋でゆっくりするイメージです。シャトルバスや車で街に出てもいいかもしれません。 #####
